Welcome to InBassador. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the InBassador service ("Service"), an AI-powered LinkedIn post generation platform operated by Nikola K. (IČO: 05952743, VAT: CZ8512151395), located at Nové sady 988/2, Brno-střed, Staré Brno, 602 00 Brno, Czech Republic.

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

InBassador provides an AI-powered platform for generating LinkedIn post content. The Service allows users to:

• Create and manage ambassador profiles with customizable tone settings
• Input resources (text, URLs, documents) as content sources
• Generate LinkedIn posts using artificial intelligence
• Generate images to accompany posts
• Review, edit, and manage generated content

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account by providing a valid email address and password. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

4. Credits System

The Service operates on a credit-based system:

• Free credits — New accounts receive a complimentary allocation of credits upon registration
• Credit consumption — Credits are consumed when generating posts, images, and using other AI-powered features
• Credit expiration — We reserve the right to expire unused credits after extended periods of inactivity
• No refunds — Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable

Credit costs for specific actions are displayed within the Service interface. We reserve the right to modify credit costs at any time with reasonable notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You shall NOT use the Service to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
• Create spam, misleading content, or content designed to deceive
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Distribute malware or engage in any malicious activities
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Use automated tools to abuse the Service or circumvent rate limits
• Generate content promoting hate speech, discrimination, or violence

Your content: You retain ownership of any content you input into the Service (resources, ideas, text). You grant us a limited license to process this content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

Generated content: Content generated by the Service using AI is provided for your use. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and ensuring the accuracy and appropriateness of any generated content before publishing it on LinkedIn or elsewhere.

Our content: The Service, including its design, features, and underlying technology, remains our intellectual property.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Extended periods of inactivity
• Any behavior we deem harmful to the Service or other users

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Any unused credits will be forfeited.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

Content generated by the Service is created using artificial intelligence and large language models. You acknowledge and agree that:

• AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or inappropriate material
• You are solely responsible for reviewing and editing generated content before use
• We do not guarantee the originality, accuracy, or quality of generated content
• You should not publish generated content without reviewing it first
• You are responsible for ensuring generated content complies with LinkedIn's terms of service

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Czech Republic, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Czech Republic.
